God Is For Us

Dear family: Please take the following letter to heart, and in prayer. It is self explanatory:

Dear Pastor Jim: Thank you for our time together today. I hope it becomes a weekly occurrence that we meet to discuss the Word. Something happened after you dropped me off that I am compelled to relate to you: The bottom line is that if you get your prayer team together and visit with Tim, he will receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit. This is what he is hungry for (Acts 8:14-17; 19:1-8)—this is what he has been missing. It has not been a lacking on anyone’s part, it is that Father has been reserving this kairos moment, and now that time has come (John 9:1-3).

I do not know if this will be a dramatic kabod moment, or if Tim will speak in tongues. What I do know is that his faith will arise. His doubts will cease, his spiritual hunger will increase. His eyes, ears, and heart will be opened. It will serve to Father’s glory, and the flock’s edification. I do not know if there will be a physical healing with Tim’s memory (it would not surprise me)—but there certainly will be a spiritual healing, and comfort for his wife.

Your brother in Christ,
